mac os x proble, with drag and drop

hi,
i've a macbook pro with 10.6.3 and live 8.1.3.
after starting live a drag p.e. an audio wave file over the icon in the dock, the icon flashes and a small pic (representating the open window) shows up. if i drag now the wave file again over this small pic the main window of live pops up. now i can drop the wave file in an audio slot. after this every menu window is opening "behind" the main window and i can't reach it. even if i quit the program i have to pull down the main window to get to the ok button to close live. does anybody have this to?
