Available Monday - Friday 12:00pm to 4:00pm EST
And wow, a whopping FOUR hours of availability? Don't go out of your way or anything.
This is super frustrating.

When I finally did get through the the support line, the response I got was "Hmm, that's weird. I don't know." WELL WHO THE FUCK SHOULD I ASK, DUDE!?
