sounds like a saw waveform.
along with it is either an arpeggio or an lfo (probably with the square type shape) of either pitch or like, a filter.
Experiment with those and see if it gives you ideas

Get a copy of the computer music magazine #152, it has a video of Bonobo creating this track, along with other things
By the way, it's from the iPhone

You can also get sounds like that from SID chip emulators such as Quadrasid and Basic 64.
