M4L editor doens't start!! HELP pleez!!

Hello...
I have a simple but huge problem...
M4L editor doesn't open when I press the edit button!
It keeps saying "starting max editor" in the status bar but does nothing really...
I have Ableton 8.1.3 (suite licence) and Max 5.1.4 (M4L licence),
I'm on snow leopard, it used to work a week ago, but suddenly no more..!
It shows up all the licences correctly... And not all the M4L devices are working in live...(?)
Tried to install again both softwares but nothing...
What should I do??

Did you try to "repair your library" already?
(Live Preferences library tab)

Just did it, with NO luck...
What can I try next? I'm desperate...

Hello,
Can you start Max/msp standalone?
Eventually you should install the latest PACE drivers
Which Max for Live content version do you have installed (check the library tab for the installed version).

I can but the "Trial has expired"... Worked everything fine until the demo was working...
How can I update this PACE drivers?
I have content version 1.6 btw...

Try
a) completely uninstall Max
b) update the PACE drivers

c) try to reinstall Live.

Cose I think it's not enough to erase the folder in applications... Right?

Just finished... Nothing changed...
When I finished to install live a warning told me that max4live was authorized but max seemed to be not installed... but it was!
Pleez help I'm quite desperate eheheh....

The last time Max before Live and I think I already tried also Live before Max...

Of course I updated the pace drivers... And I just tried what u told me to do...
All works just fine... From now what?
