Yes, the UK magazine.
I'm thinking about getting a year worth of that international edition.
It's going to cost me around $75.
Is it worth it ?
I want to know more about Cubase and Live.
Or is esub actually enough ?
Has anyone subscibed it ???

I'm subscribed, but I hardly use it as I spend a lot of time on their forum, which is really useful, a lot of people on there that know what they are talking about. The articles are really useful and interesting. There reviews however leave a lot to be desired.- I don' t think I've read a 'bad' one. Why don't you subscribe for 3 or 6 months to try it out?

I just get the internet version.

It's great. You also have access to all the previous issues. There's some good interviews in their archives.

What's the difference between the internet version (esubs) and the actual paper edition of the magazine?

I bought the online subscription about a month ago, and I spent a great amount of time on their site, not to mention the fact I have a few years worth of paper copies from most of the 2nd half of the 90s. (it's really nice to read articles about older recording equipment specifications)
Also I learnt most of my english from SOS, which sounds weird but true.
Geddit!

Cheers!

Yes i prefer SOS to other UK mags like Future Music and Music Tech. If you just wanna know more about Cubase and Live, there is a monthly column called Cubase Notes in SOS, but nothing for Live. Maybe the esub will be good enough for your needs. The paper edition is full of ads anyway.
