Hi guys,

Is it somehow possible to record dj set by using with xone 4d, cdj usb cables only? Or sound card connection is necessary?

since the Xzone 4D has a built-in soundcard, you should be good to go.

Hi Jok,

Do you know what configuration shall I use? I can send audio from laptop to xone > speakers but when I play track from cdj, Ableton does not receive any signal (equalizer is not moving).

However, when I set ext in 3/4 for instance, I see that mini equalizer moving, but not the big one.

EDIT: Allrigh,t when I click Arm session record button, big equalizer moves then, but why only then?

I hit record button but it still won't record. When I go into same view as his, sound wave is flat, although big equalizer is jumping.

Allright, all set, no idea what went wrong, hit same buttons next time and it works!
