The documents, which Microsoft has declined to comment on or authenticate, also talk about plans to give Windows a more iPad-like response time through new power management settings.
In particular, one slide titled "How Apple Does It: A Virtuous Cycle," talks about the need for simplicity in design. "Apple brand is known for high quality, uncomplicated, 'it just works,'" the slide says, adding that "This is something people will pay for!"

I was just reading the same article the other day...The guys @ Microsoft are just so determined to PWN every aspect of the market, however their over achieving attitude will lead to failure. For example Microsoft's KIN "smart phone" is having the plug pulled on it so they can try a newer avenue. Its estimated only roughly 10,000 were sold while Apples iPhone 4 sold 1.7 MILLION units in the first 3 DAYS.

hardly, Steve's been lookin like quite the douche/flop lately, rivaling even Tom Cruise jumpin up and down on Oprah's couch.
i'm not arguing with phone sales here or even iPads... just the schmuckosity of Steve as of late.

It's not even the first time they've been caught doing this? Hell they paid good money for stealing code!
