Is there a way to save a unique Preferences file with a Live Set? I run a Live configuration in which I run two instantiations of Live concurrently. I have each instance using a different audio interface on my computer. It would be great if the Prefs could be saved with each Live Set, since the way it is now, I have to go into one of the Live instances and set the audio interface to the correct one, every time I launch the dual-Live setup.

unfortunately it is currently not possible to save preferences settings together with Livesets.
