Help, Track Volume "envelope" doesnt work right.....

so!
arrangement view. i did an envelope for track volume, so the midi clip slowly fades in.
something like this.
problem is,... the first sounds (or the first few milliseconds of a midi clip) sometimes (in fact pretty much always) arent affected by the volume envelope!
which ofc totally sucks, because the first note is freakin' loud (normal +/-0db volume), and than totally randomly milliseconds later the envelope kicks in.
now i thought haha k, ill simply remove the first few notes, but ableton showed me better.
no matter when, or how. its always the first sounds that arent affected.
even if theres 5 seconds no sound, with the volume envelope already raising/running louder, and than after 5secs of "no sound volume slowly raising", as soon as the first sound comes out, the volume envelope doesn't work immediately as it should.
first it looks like ableton ignores volume envelopes, when they dont affect any sounds (which ofc is totally ok^^)
but when a sound finally comes across, it looks like somehow ableton seems to "forget" that there was a volume envelope, and needs a few milliseconds to get it right, so the first hits are always "normal" volume. Oo.
which ofc ruins everything.
(suckage 2k, is ofc that it also happens when i render to wav -_-)
could this be because of low cpu, or memory? or am i doing something wrong?
