Cannot play files after exporting them from ableton

I need to load up my tracks through Rekordbox after I export them from ableton, but neither Rekordbox or any other player will play the file, wether it's AIFF or WAV. What am I doing wrong? I try exporting the track in ableton from the audio clip (i.e. audio-4). I locate the track I exported, and it's just a split second sample of the file or nothing.

what bitrate are you exporting the wav's as? 48khz or 44khz ?

I have tried both 44 and 48, but now i've noticed that once I've loaded the track or try to play it, it doesn't have a bpm rate or wave display in my cdj 2000's or the Rekordbox, but it still says the time lenght of the track...track is there just no sound? So I'm guessing it's something with the settings in the track in ableton, but I don't know.
