I swore, as I have worked on tracks, I've come across a wave hammer. Now I need it and can't find it. Is there a wave hammer in Live 3.0? Where is it?

closest thing would be a compressor (that is a live naitive effect.. )
wave hammer is a compressor and a maximiser
