[help] second audio interface by rewire ???

Post by noland » Mon Aug 09, 2010 5:31 pm

Hello,

currently i am using all channels my audio interface (EMU 1616M) provides, but i would like to use more. i got another audidevice so i'm trying to use this as a second device. I know that ableton does not support two audio devices and i also know i can't do this with m4l (i tried but its not possible to get another soundsource than ableton)

So is there any way to use a second interface by ReWire? i need a program which uses its own soundcard, and gives and receives audio to and from ableton.

I hope i explained my situation in a comprehensive way. Pleasy help, i even appreciate it, if you tell me its impossible
give a man fire and he will be warm for the night
set a man on fire and he will never freeze again
