Help me to have this groove using an arpeggiator

hey,
I'm sure that's pretty simple, but I just can't do it. This is the pattern :
As you can see, this is a pinkyup down arpeggiator, (but this is not the point of my request) with a specific groove like 2 notes-nothing-2 notes-nothing etc
I tried using the groove 8/16/32...but it doesn't work.
Anyone can tell me how can I programm it using an arpeggiator?
Thanks!

Not the easiest thing in the world using Live's Arpeggiator, so you might be best off actually editing the notes yourself, but one way to do it would be to use the Velocity plugin in 'gate' mode to selectively pass notes.
You could set up some racks using the Chord or Pitch plugins instead of Arpeggiator to set the steps to be played, which combined with the Velocity plugin would give you more or less accurate control over which notes are muted and which are passed. I'm not making myself very clear, am I? Talk about putting out a fire with a stick.

Why not record the midi output after your arp to another midi track and then apply your desired groove?

I extracted the groove from this clip
Then, I wrote some chords, put an arpeggiator...and apply the groove I extracted, but it doesn't work

It looks like your clip is perfectly quantized. No groove to exctract.

Could I ask why it is important that you use an arpeggiator to achieve this?

Z3no has the right answer. First insert a chord plugin. Then set the velocity of the steps that you do not want to trigger a note to a small value in the chord plugin. Place your arp plugin next in the chain. Then you can use a velocity plugin in gate mode to filter out any notes that have a low velocity.
