ableton share location?

For the life of me I cant find the "share button" on file.
Ive watched the movie on youtube by Ableton any ideas.
I am a mutimedia student and have the studnet copy ( doesnt give you max for live. )
I read on one of the web sites students can share.
Ive talked a freind into getting Live and we want to collaborate via the net.
