Three new tracks, some nice deep and percussive house tunes

Two tunes I'm very proud of, and couldn't have done it with out the help of you guys and all the advice and answers you've provided over the past few months.
And and all feedback is welcomed. Cheers!
Here's the deeper, groovier one of the three,

And here's the more driving one, still trying to work on the build up a bit, the release to be more exact. I like how it builds but when I get to the end of the build up it just doesn't feel right. Any suggestions on this are very much appreciated.

And here's the third one, a bit more downtempo. Been trying to find more tracks like this to DJ with, but they usually are very short and have very un-DJ friendly arrangement. So here's my take on this groove and sound. Almost house/techno meets trip-hop

Thanks a lot once again guys, this has to be one of the better and most insightful communities on the net. Could have made these with out you.
