I received my copy of Live 8 this morning, duly installed and updated to Live 8.1.5 (or whatever the latest version is), have authorised online and am now not getting most of the instruments. When I try to load the 808 or many many other devices I get the warning above, the authorization preference to "authorize online" is having no effect.

I am a total n00b at this but am a little disappointed that my experience with the demo product is not being mirrored with the full program (lots of the sounds I was tinkering with in the demo are now unavailable to me ).

Is there a layer of authorisation I'm missing? Any help greatly appreciated.

To be fair I thought that I was the product Operator- it's my product and I'm the one operating it dammit!

i was using the live suite demo and am now using the standard live...

this forum needs a facepalm smilie for moments like this
