Time stretch in simpler, global choke, exporting regions

This has probably been mentioned a million times but it would be nice to have a time stretch in simpler. I'm not too big on Impulse so that's not an option to use that 
.
Also, a global option for choke would be nice. If there is a way to do it, then I'm wack, sorry
When I chop breaks in session view and copy and paste to the next cell down, and record, it's a big mess. If there was an option to separate those cells into its own tracks, that would be real cool. I like the tweaking capability when chopping this way but I don't do it because it's of the organization of the whole process.
Last, if we could get an option like beat detective in pro-tools to chop and export the regions into a folder would be dope.
