I'm partial towards a bit of Pinot Noir with ableton myself.

Or if I feel like something a bit special a South African Pinotage.

Indeed.....In fact the wife's quite partial to a little domestic wine once a month or so...

(I fuckin hate "cooking/cleaning/swallowing" etc..)

Tracking, production etc - white wine preferably Rueda Verdejo: good choice are - Javier Sanz, Cachazo, Montespina or this one:

Mixing, mastering, checking the mix- some good grapes, Manchego cheese and some Grand Reserva from Valdepenas or Rioja
