Indeed.....In fact the wife's quite partial to a little domestic wine once a month or so...

(I fuckin hate "cooking/cleaning/swallowing" etc..)

Tracking, production etc - white wine preferably Rueda Verdejo: good choice are - Javier Sanz, Cachazo, Montespina or this one:


Mixing, mastering, checking the mix- some good grapes, Manchego cheese and some Grand Reserva from Valdepenas or Rioja

My two favorite wines... you have good taste.

try some Nobile di Montepulciano, or Chablis if you prefer white wine.
