I'm giving away a track a day in September

Dear Ableton Forum people.

After some internal debate I've decided to give away one track for each day of September. That's right, I'm giving away 30 tracks from the vaults. They will be released under a Creative Commons license on my website http://www.eindeloos.be And I'll be posting one each day via my Twitter feed http://twitter.com/SimonHold and my Facebook feed http://www.facebook.com/simon.halsberghe Please follow me on Twitter or FB to keep up to date. And If you like the track please retweet.

The musical style will be variable as the tracks will cover the time span of almost ten years! (2000 - 2010) and all the different aspects of my production styles. The tunes will cover an array of styles (not limited to but including Techno, Minimal, House, Ambient, Electronics, Tape Experiments, Dubstep, Post-Garage, etc.) Please share alike and play them out if you like them.

The main reason for doing this is my firm belief that culture gains it's value from the amount it is shared. From this idea follows the implicit reaction that sharing must happen before appreciation or payment can come in effect. That said, please donate if you appreciate. This is by no means necessary but it would help. There is a PayPal donation link on my website http://www.eindeloos.be

Three tracks available already and hang on for the 27 releases coming.

On the first of October I'll replace the individual tracks by a .zip file for convenience.

One other upcoming project I'm involved in is Soundset at the MSK (Museum Of Fine Arts Ghent) where I'll be one of the mentors for a sound art workshop around the visual work of Stijn Colle. Please check out the event on FB here http://www.facebook.com/#!/event.php?ei ... 259&ref=ts

I'll also be traveling to London for the London Fashion Week to work on the catwalk music for Christopher Kane. This is a project I've been involved in for many years and always together with Phantom for Love Triangle Music. Here you can see an overview of the previous collections (and their soundtracks) http://www.eindeloos.be/index.php?/proj ... pher-kane/

It would be lovely to hear from you and what you think of the tracks.

All the best,

Simon Hold.
