Make the "Follow" button stay on until I turn it off please

I wish there was an option in preferences to make the "follow" button alway be on . or just have it stay on until turned off by user.
It kills me that I have to reach over and re-turn on follow over and over and over again as I am warping a song ( zoomed in pretty tight during warping )
In cubase ( where I came from ) if I click on sroll follow mode , it just stays on until I turn it off.
I don't know why this button only last for 1 screen scroll them turns it self off?
