hopefully someone from hq/support is trolling around...

i need my unlocks reset. i just received my computer back from apple service. ... and new logic board requires a new authorization....

1 of my auth's went to new user on this computer prior to the logic board replacement. i was quite shocked that a new user on the same machine required a separate authorization.

help?

as a side note, my

account/license page says that is successfully been authorized as of today. but it is clearly not.

my best guess is that it is authorizing the library content, but not the actual application. i'll upload image soon.

i've been at this for 10 hours. super frustrated. as a paying/legit user.

here is a weird image of what is happening. saying it's authorizing. but it is clearly not. i think its authorizing the packs, but not the app itself. idk.

You don´t need to reauthorize a new user on the same machine but you need to manually copy the unlock file - see:

In any case, you can authorize online again.
