Live 4.0.4 Crashed when I prelisten to a sample.

Today live 4.0.4 crashed when i wanted to listen a sample.Idont know why.I had to delete that sample from my HD.Any help?
Another thing about clicks......cos many people have that problem or when the audio stops for some seconds,because i have problem as well.
I had a song and exactly 1min:15 audio stoped for 1to3sec at this position I had a crash sample.all the time at the same position 1min:15 audio stoped.But if i play the same song second time all OK.
Today I had to replace this sample with another sample cos I did not like the sound of this crash sample,and I thing the problem with audio stops have solved.I dont know what happend but I dont have any problems.
The samples are loaded on the impulse Instrument.I did a test again and again...all ok.
