I just installed the 8.2 update and do not see the free effects racks or the guitar amp folder.

Can someone tell me how can I load this content?

I have the same problem.
Live is an original copy, updated from suite 8.1.5 to suite 8.2.
I see the files inside my library, but not inside the audio effects folder, inside the browser of the program.
If i try to double click on the singles preset, it appears a window that tell me that i have not the autorization to use this pack.
But i have done all the autorizations necessary.

Any idea?

Yes, of course...

i have the same thing..
i see that AMP is installed.. but notning new under AUDIO EFF... tried to repair lib.. didnt work...

then it took LIVE 1hour to resacan my lib... crazy -- still it gives me a info that some components need to be authorized...

??

I have done the same, and nothing happens.

I'm having exactly the same problem - glad to see I'm not the only one... I was about to go nuts.

Have reinstalled, 2x deleted and rebuilt my library. Nada.
Must be a bug on Ableton's end.

Recommend submitting bug-report in program, I guess?
And wait.

Hmmm. Just started up Live 8.2 and it installed the new effects racks. Not sure why it didn't do this when I initially installed the upgrade but it's all there now...

I'm having this problem too

Ok guys, I found out how to fix it in my case. I (re-)authorized Live (offline, as I keep internet away from my DAW) and it worked.

Why didn't I do this 24 hours ago

ok.. i reauthorized.. and AMP is present.. i guess they had some problems with making those serial no.. for SUITE..

on my MAC it works.
