was chatting with sashas engineer. he said it's been ready for a couple of months, but there was a small bug they wanna iron out before they take it on the road in a month or so.

i've gotta tell you.. it's pretty fucking cool!

i looks the biz. however that looks like it will cost a bomb. if a uc-33, x-session and indigo dj card will set you back 350GBP and no doubt give you similar results. is it not going to price itself out of competition?

the ecler nuo mixer has usb and could be enhanced and relaunched as a live controller but it already cost over 750GBP without any midi enhancements. the new allen & heath mixer/ controller is in the same boat [the price of this i can only guess at].

unless all these controllers are aimed at highend club installs only.

but.... it does look fuckin well smart! lets hope it doesnt break the bank.

I bet you could get a few of the Beringher controllers for cheaper. Does look nice though.

Looks pretty cool, don't see any controls for navigating though, so we're still stuck using a mouse.

pretty much along the lines of what i'd like to put together, but i'm drifting farther and farther from djing and into "something else", so now i use 8 knobs per channel, 1 fader per channel, and velocity sensitive triggers...

thanks for snapping the pics! :)

Man that controller looks dated, has Sasha been travelling back in time to a 1970’s Radio Shack to get the parts,
I bet it’s got solid state printed on the side of it!
Is there a slot on the back for 8 track cartridges?
What about the bits on the side, looks like some bit’s left over from a monster truck!
How much dose it weigh, are the people who make Hummers sponsoring him.
That things starting to makes plastic look sexy.
All that fuss about Sashas controller and it turns out to look like … ... (I think the word I’m looking for is lemon).

Anything else?! Wild guess ...it could be a prototype OR it's been built like a tank so your can tour with it? Just a guess.

Although I agree that body-armour would be overkill for those with low gig schedules. However it looks like you can un-bolt the aluminium/plastic side bars so lets hope they sell those as an add-on.

Hi friends, take a look to this controller:
http://www.waveidea.com/en/products/bit ... /index.php
seems that will be shipped soon, and i think it kills that sasha thing
and could be the best for our livesets.
Happy Xmas.
