asr-10 style vst (automatically maps samples to midi keys)?

i'm looking for a very basic sampler vst that works in the following way:
-you load a sample
-you pick a start point
-from there, it will insert markers based on BPM (such as every 1/8, 1/4, or 1/2 note) which you can adjust
-these markers are where each individual sample will start, and the samples will be automatically mapped in order across the midi keys (c1, c#1, d1, d#1, etc)
-has an ASDR envelope, but no other effects required as they can be done externally
-no warping or time stretching required, the marker intervals are just based on note durations from on simple BPM calculations
like i said, i'd prefer something very basic that can perform these functions instead of a complex sampler. any suggestions?
