live freeze after opening files/folders from network share

Hi,
I'm having a really irritating problem. I'm using Live on a laptop, and the other day I opened a project from a shared folder located on my stationary PC. I also set Library 3 to the network folder where I keep my samples and stuff. Now Live freezes for long periods (between 1-15 minutes) whenever I:
- Use the "Open recent files" menu
or
- When I click the "Library 3" button
I guess both freezes occur because Live is accessing (or trying to access) the network share, and that apparently takes a lot of time. But how can I empty the Recent files cache to stop Live from trying to access these slow resources? I've searched the forum but can't find any posts about this.
