when i export my tracks into recordbox then onto a memory stick , after iv dj them and recorded it they sound totally distorted , what am i doing wrong is it ableton settings or recording settings ..............

Are you DJing within Live, or using CDJs? If you're just playing in Live, then Rekordbox isn't necessary.

As for keeping a handle on distorting in Live, you'll want to monitor your levels, and it's a good idea to have a Limiter on the Master track to keep peaks in check.

I'm not sure I exactly understand your set up, though - could you elaborate?
