Axiom 25 Drum Pad Issue

So my axiom 25 comes with 8 drum pads. When I first installed it I didn't have to assign them to anything, they just worked with the program and drum sets immediatly without problem.
For some reason, when I try to use them now the status bar turns green and says "control surface 1 (axiom 25 classic) >kit carbon Bank_1". Also this message only comes up when I hit only a certain pad.
The MIDI track indicator acknowledges when I hit the pads, however no sound comes with I hit them and I have a drum kit set up.
PLEEAASE help with this problem, I can't produce my drum tracks at the moment.
