I was going to name my new tune "While My Farts Gently Seep"

...but I'm concerned about a possible "artistic infringement" lawsuit from Yoko Ono. Do you think it sounds like I'm trying to rip off the Beatles? Please discuss and advise. 8O

The song was written by George Harrison (with the lead guitar played by Eric Clapton), although it's probably owned by the estate of Michael Jackson and Sony BMG, given they bought the Northern Songs music publishers it was originally published under. So Yoko can smear herself in faeces as she lets out a blood curdling scream if she thinks she has a claim !

i think song titles are not related with artistic laws... how many songs in the world have the same title and nobody cares.. if there no melodic related things, and money involved, nobody will try to sue you... so go ahead...
