Render to disk question

Does the arranger not record tempo changes?
So I played a show the other night and hit record jsut before I started, in the hope sof catching all the set info in the arranger as I was tweakign and whatnot. One thing I did was change tempos a fair anount between songs.
When I got home, I set it to render to disk. Read most of the info about it, so I thought I was all set. Let it render, whent about my day. When I got back and opened up the aiff file Live had rendered...
It was at 90BPM, the tempo of the last part of the set.
SO i ask again: Does the arranger not record tempo changes?
