authorization disaster

I have been using Ableton 8 Suite since it came out, and it wasn't cheap. It's a great program, but why is it all of a sudden telling me that it can authorize all my add-ons but not authorize live itself? ("too many authorizations on this computer") This makes saving IMPOSSIBLE!!! If it KNOWS I've authorized from this computer every time, what would it matter if I authorized 7,000,000 times on this same computer???? For someone that had a gig tonight, this would be an INEXCUSABLE problem!!!
