What's your DJ'ing workflow like?

I'm curious to know how other folks are using Ableton (particularly people with the APC40 or something similar) to do live DJ'ing. (I was searching thru threads but couldn't come up with much since I can't use two-letter terms.)

How much do you dice up tracks? Simple intro/body/outro, or do you get real fancy and pick out beats, choruses, verses, bridges, and that sort of stuff?

Do you like to pick out tunes before your show? If so, you use Mixed in Key, or just do things by ear? If not, do you just pick out and warp stuff on the fly?

Lastly, what are you using for effects and the like? Standard Ableton tools, a Max For Live setup, something through Bomes, or..?

I'd absolutely love to open up this discussion because I don't encounter much conversation about this sort of stuff. I know musicians don't like to divulge all their secrets, but maybe some folks on here want to share.
