hey loggi,

you will probably get more useful responses if you use a better more informative subject for this thread
Instead of something vague and ambiguous like 'third party plugs' you should change it to
"Uhe ACE crashing Live 8.2.1 on win XP - help"

also, try duplicating this thread in the 'support' section of the forum where you're more likely to get an ableton employee to respond. They'll probably ask you if you've emailed [email protected]
If you haven't, do.

Hi loggi, as dum suggested, it's a good idea for you to contact Ableton technical support here: http://www.ableton.com/support. This is generally the best course of action when you are experiencing crashes - due to the open nature of plug-ins and interfaces supported by Live, it's rare that any two crashing issues are exactly the same. Contact technical support will get you one-on-one help from one of our support team - it's a better way to diagnose a problem when you're having crashing issues.

It's also rare that crashing issues from one plug-in to another are due to the same reason - see dum's suggestion about narrowing down your subject line.

Also worth asking on the u-he forum at KVR. He responds quickly.
