All is well using Live 7 + 10.6.5

btw, 10.6.5 sounds definitely warmer than 10.6.4

Nice one. Yep I skipped .4 cos it sounded too digital, good to know .5 sounds more analogue

Just spent all afternoon multitracking with the update, no problems.
I did notice that Live's reverb sounded a little more lush after the update, and delay effects are a little tighter. That was a nice bonus.

Live 7.0.18 has worked fine for me on 10.6.x. Granted, I only do minor editing and composing so it doesn't really get pushed that hard or really used all that much. There doesn't seem to be any red flag incompatibilities, though.

Excellent. And it's good to see the Live 7 massive sharing the love.

I'm going to hold off for a while. I just read this:

"I called Apple and they said that they were getting complaints about this (popping over speakers & in headphones), as well as external and internal sound card's not being recognized."
