Clicks & pops , Only in arranger?

Im transferring tracks from daw into live and so far its been smooth.
I seperate the tracks and export them as 2 bar loops for playback in Live.
All loops are played at the same tempo (no stretching needed) and right now im just recreatin the tracks in Live.
When i switch between scenes everything is fine but when i have recorded the order of scenes into the arranger i get pops when it transitions from one scene to the other ( in the arranger).
Disabling warp mode seems to fix it, but the loops are at the original tempo so there isnt any timestretching going on and besides it should be able to play without pops without me changing anything.
Any advice ?
