Error Message and Crash: Run Out of Memory?!

I've been trying to do a big mix (220 songs or elements)on my Macbook Pro (2.4 ghz with 4 gigs of ram). I started the project in 7 and I have been working on this for months.
When I upgraded to version 8, everything was working fine for a bit, but yesterday, I began getting an error that my computer does not have a enough memory, and crashes out
I then decided to test this on a different computer to see if it was the system or the software. I installed Live 8 on a Mac Pro 2.26 8-Core with 8gb of ram, yet I am still getting the same error message and crash on this particular session. Any other session in Ableton 8 works fine.
It is a huge session but now that I'm trying to open it with the new and more powerful computer I don't understand why it's still crashing
PLEASE HELP!!!!

they are probably on holyday... nothing unkikely at this time the year..

probably you maxed out the memory limits of live..its known that it starts crashing than without warning. so you probably have to reduce the ram usage...

i guess you are in a dead end road wright now and probably you have split the projekt into 2 portions.. like an a and b side of an vinyl album.. and wait wether L9 will be 64 bit or not..and continue building your monster file than. As 64bit version live would be able to access much more ram.

there will never be a 64-bit Live. Before that, the company is dead because of the 3 year old unusable paid beta-version of Live 10 (64 bit & session automation & midi-sync.)

Really sorry to say that, but I think that's it with Ableton.
And yes they have deserved it
