Yup, you got 2 options...

Share with people who own the necessary plugs;

Freeze/flatten tracks containing 3rd party plugs.

How can I actually share a live set? A friend of mine finally got Live as a christmas gift and now we want to start sharing our work over the web. But I can not find the functionality mentioned here: http://www.ableton.com/de/share
where is the functionality to share a Live set?

Thannks!

Regards,
Till

I think the Share feature is on hold for the moment

just try the 'create live pack' option

or save the project self-contained and give them the project folder

The best way to do this at the moment is to use a service like DropBox (https://www.dropbox.com/) which offers 2 GB free storage space, and lets you auto-sync folders between your computer and your friend's computer. When sharing a set, it's also a good idea to "collect all and save" when saving the set that you want to share. This creates a localized project folder with all audio samples and other necessary data for the set.
