aside from directlink, I think it's just the layout of the knobs/faders, I think they might have revamped the keybed a bit to improve its response, oh, and those metal grate looking accents on the side panels

In perfect working order.

Most of the changes between the two involve the faders, on the new one they are tighter and are placed in a more convenient location.

I'll even throw in a ProLine stand to sweeten the deal.
