i search a vst plugin with standard filter like cutoff resonance which use low systempower. can anyone help me?

Have you tried www.databaseaudio.co.uk ? They have a good collection of free VST plugins, and many filters can be found here. AONeosweep is a classic, simple, good-sounding, HP and LP Filter. Hope this helps,
