Live Delta Help

Maybe I'm just retarded but I can't figure out how to record on Live Delta through the Omni Studio USP I just picked up. This is my first shot at recording with software. Read the manual and still can't get it. Let me know if you know where I might be going wrong or if you can walk me through it. Thanks.
