Transformer?

Distress call boys and girls!
First a quick setup overview. Mac, Ableton 4, filterfactory, photo theremin, digi002, loads of other stuff that doesn't matter for now.
I want to be able to:
Use my photo theremin to control my filter via midi in ableton.
I've found a program that will convert audio to midi notes in real time as a VST plugin which i can use in ableton. Thats half the battle won. The other half is finding a program that will let me convert/transform my midi notes into controller messages of my choice and output them to my filter. I'm thinking pretty much something like the transformer in logic.
Can anyone help? You'll be my hero forever if you can.
If this isn't possible is there a way to use a live midi track but take the input from logic?
Thanks kids

a program called
midiox can convert NRPN to CC, i'm not a specialist at all, but it should be able to do anything like that... but you certainly know this program yet !

I think this might become my catch-phrase.
Try plogue bidule
www.plogue.com
It should take care of most of your problems.

I do things like that in Plogue Bidule. Its modules let you build your own transformations as you want them. May be a threshold to get started but than almost everything is in your hands.

PS - hoffmann2k and myself is not the same person (to my knowing), I just didn't take the time to notice his answer.
(Does not matter if you suffer from split personalities as long as Bidule is at hand to wire things together.)

We should ask sebastian for some endorsement compensation.
