Huge Midi Controller Delay

Hi,
I'm using a microKORG XL as a midi controller and am experiencing a huge delay when controlling any sounds or soft synths. Actually even if I just use my keyboard as the controller the delay is still like 4 seconds. I've tried a few things but it hasn't budged. Any help would be appreciated.

Are you sure it's midi delay and not audio delay? If it was midi, I'd be surprised that the computer keyboard has any delay.

In the upper right-hand corner of Live's window is a square with the letter D inside, and two tiny squares to its right. The upper of those two flashes yellow whenever Live receives a MIDI message.
If you press a key on your MIDI keyboard, does that square flash immediately, or does it flash four seconds later. If it flashes immediately, you know that you do not have a MIDI controller delay, and you can look elsewhere for the problem.

Yes, it looks like it was an audio delay. It's working now. Thank you everyone for your help.
