I know he is just an actor, but even so he should be ashamed... there is no motivation there, for Marisa Tomei to be SHAKING her ASS!!!!

I may be overanalyzing here, but we all know on these forums there's no shortage of people churning out bad electronica because they can and it's relatively cheap, but when a scene in a major motion picture is showing that then that means the writers feel a large percentage of the general population is going to laugh and go "My friend totally does that crap!" It's gone mainstream.

Thats absolutely the most terrible sound I've ever heard in my life. What were the writers of this thinking? Obviously none of them knows what good music is.

God I love her and how in her later years she has decided to get naked in movies whenever possible and she's every bit as hot. My friend and I were having a discussion the other night where we realized we reached that age when we say things like "Today's hot actresses aren't shit compared to the hot actresses of our youth". My work has The Onion blocked so I can't link but last week they posted an article about Winona Ryder finally agreeing to sleep with Generation X. I so wish that was true and I would take a ticket.

True now, but keep in mind this movie is out on DVD so the research happened a long time ago.

That was quite funny

for the sake of completeness, the scene that catalyzed the post viewed out of context when I first commented, and I was not familiar with the movie at all.

Upon understanding more of the story line, it gets both better and worse-- the point is that Jonah Hill's would-be 350lb Owl City character is the Tomei character's weirdo son, and the movie is based on his adversarial relationship with his mother's would-be suitor.

So, not only is it perceived by Hollywood wags that this sort of electronica-hobbyism is common place, but that it is plausible that those who pursue it live at home until well into adulthood, they are somewhat disturbed, and have something of an Oedipal relationship with their mothers.

That guy's studio is better than most of the pics posted here.
