OK so i live in Thailand and all my friends live in England. so if i want to send and recive live sets as e-mails how do i do this? ive tried simply attacing them to the e-mail and that didn't work. i dont want to e-mail my whole folder to them as its too big and i want to send a particular file to them. What is my best course of action? all help appriciated!

(that's like a virtual folder on a harddrive somewhere on the internet. You can use it to save your set there and your buddies can open it)
