ableton live audio into windows movie maker

i just want to my audio to go from ableton live into windows movie maker when record a video. is there an easy free way?
You could use the Stereo Mix input if you're using Direct X. Google Stereo Mix and how to enable it.
But why not just resample all of the audio to a new clip and then export that clip as an audio file? Then import that into WMM. That will get better frequency response, and probably easier.
