I am planning on making my own re-edits of tracks within ableton and exporting them to be burned onto CD for DJ use.

Is there anything I should be aware of about the sound quality etc. What settings should I use in the rendering of the audio as far as sample rate etc, is concerned?

The source material I am working with is 320 kbps and WAV so I would like to export audio which is gonna sound good enough to play in a club.

well, when making your edits it's best to set your tempo to match the track, this way the warping algorithm won't have to flex. And avoid any post processing unless you feel it's needed.
