I am experiencing an issue with Live 8.2.1 where after recording a MIDI clip that uses sustain pedal (CC64), and then exporting it as a MIDI Clip, new sustain pedal events are being created. The new events are causing those exported MIDI clips to be useless when I import them into my Fantom G-6. If I import the MIDI clip into Reason, you can see the newly added CC64 events. However, when importing the MIDI clip back in Live, it plays back fine and I can't see the extra CC64 events. The workaround at this point is to import every MIDI clip that uses sustain pedal from Live into Reason and erase the extra messages, and then re-export the file. Does anyone have a clue why this is happening? I have been using Live for years and this problem is recent. Can someone try a simple test for me and record a short MIDI clip that uses sustain pedal and bring it into another program and check for extra MIDI CC64 messages? Thank you.

I've got the same problem. Is this a bug? I transfer a lot from Ableton Live to Cubase 6. And this sustain-pedal issue is a real problem. I would save a lot of time when this issue is resolved.
