Hi, im wondering if anyones experiences this? i get crashes now and then on my interface which is to be expected from live i guess, but i get up to 10 (maybe more) a day when im just fiddling on my laptop using asio4all, the problem especially occurs when im dragging a song in from the browser and even when im just using the listen function in the browser.
ive been on to ableton bout it, they told me to delete the undo history and all that stuff, i did, but still the problem persists...
any ideas?

Hi I know its been a while since you posted but I have and have had exactly the same problem for a while it basically as far as I can tell comes from either not updating to the latest version of quicktime, or if you've done that then its asio4all.

In my case iv got to not use asio4all to stop the crash but unfortunately I have the m-audio fast track pro audio interface, which comes with a poor asio which doesn't work properly. Even on the highest latency there are still glitches in the audio.

If your in the same boat but maybe with a different interface, then all that can be done is just accept the glitches or the crashes
