Hey everyone I have a question I hope someone can help me with: I've noticed alot of big name dj's are able to produce this "pshhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh" sound when they come to a breakdown or change in the track they are spinning and I wanted to know if anyone can tell me what effect or trick they are doing to create that sound. Many ways to do that! White noise in a seprate track with a lo pass filter. Reversed long cymbal sample. big saturated reverb typicaly with a sidechain comp to the BD.
