volume changing no touching the clip

hello!! there could some1 help me? i have a problem with apc 40 when playing some times i have the audio channel 1 changing volume .usually goes down can't hear the sound ,i have to turn up the volume.
could it be that i mistaken the settings or my apc 40 channel 1 don't respond well??
